About the Position This is a full-time consulting assignment running from week 33 to week 40. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Lantmännen Lantbruk. Responsibilities As a process operator, you'll work in production and warehouse with the handling of seed. The role involves practical and varied work where you're responsible for both forklift operation and steps in the production process. The work demands high standards of precision, safety, and quality as the products are food-grade. You work both independently and together with colleagues in various parts of the process. A large part of the work involves forklift operation, where you handle heavy materials in tight spaces. You also work with packing, registration, and handling of bags and bulk materials. Examples of responsibilities: Operate counterbalance forklifts and handle goods weighing several tons Load, unload, and place material in warehouse Work in the packing department and handle bags (approximately 750 kg) Register and label products in systems Participate in improvement and hygiene work in production Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Experience in production or process work Forklift license B1 and B2 and good forklift experience Driver's license category B Basic computer and system knowledge Fluent Swedish skills in both speech and writing To thrive in this role, you're someone who works carefully and methodically, with a clear focus on safety and quality.
