ABOUT THE ROLE We are now seeking an engaged and driven Process Operator (Day Shift) for our facility in Nöbbelöv. As a Process Operator with us, you work with control, monitoring, and optimization of the production process. The work takes place both out in the facility and from the control room using our process data systems. The role also includes laboratory work in the form of sampling and operational analysis, as well as recording inventory balances. Responsibilities: Perform rounds according to established protocols (process parameters and equipment) Monitor and control various process steps Completion of facility, primarily sections that are not run on a daily basis Ensure that process equipment functions efficiently and resource-effectively Conduct sampling and analysis Reporting of inventory balances Work actively with improvement initiatives and problem-solving Representative in project groups Responsible for implementing and monitoring 5S in assigned areas Plan and conduct competency development in consultation with your immediate manager The position involves functioning as a substitute for shift personnel (5-shift operation) when needed during absences. This requires flexibility regarding working hours.
