Your Role With Us As a Process Engineer at Parker Hannifin in Borås, you will have a central and operationally close role where you work cross-functionally to ensure efficient and optimized production processes within cutting machining (CNC turning and milling). You will continuously work on improvements, participate in projects, and support technical development of processes related to automation, CNC equipment, and robotic solutions. In this role, you are an important link between production, engineering, quality, and the project organization. You are responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining production documentation and ensuring that manufacturing processes are carried out according to established instructions and requirements. You participate in quality and improvement initiatives and are responsible for calculations related to products and customer projects. You will be part of a well-functioning production team and report to the Production Manager. Requirements for the Role Production experience and knowledge within cutting machining Post-secondary technical education in, for example, production engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent technical competence gained through work experience. Familiarity with LEAN methodology Fluent verbal and written communication in both Swedish and English Meritorious Experience with CNC programming Experience working with automation and robotics Don't see yourself in all the points?
