Qualification Requirements: - minimum basic education, - vocational school (SOU, SOŠ) in fields such as Healthcare Worker, Social Care, Education, Pre-school and After-school Pedagogy, - course for social services workers - can be completed while employed, - work experience in the field is an advantage, but not a requirement. Additional Requirements: - interest in long-term cooperation, - positive attitude toward seniors, empathy, - work enthusiasm, flexibility, - ability to work as part of a team, - communication skills, - vaccination against Hepatitis B. Work Schedule - Monday through Sunday, 12-hour shifts, day shift 7:00 - 19:00, night shift 19:00 - 7:00 Temporary work on DPP basis also available.
