You are Offered A varied day-to-day where you work with both technology, installation and customer contact A thorough introduction where you get to work alongside experienced colleagues and grow into the role Opportunity to develop in a growing company with short decision-making paths A united team where responsibility, quality and community are a natural part of everyday life Responsibilities Installation of gates, doors and security solutions Service, troubleshooting and repair Customer contact on the worksite Documentation and reporting of completed work Ensure that installations meet quality and safety requirements Collaboration with project managers, sales staff and other installers Contribute to improvements in quality, safety and working methods We're Looking for Someone Who Has experience with installation – or is at the beginning of your professional journey Enjoyed working practically and using your hands Takes responsibility for your work and your contribution to the team Enjoys collaboration and building relationships Cares about how the job is done – not just that it gets done Understands the importance of precision when safety is in focus We would like to see that you have experience with some form of practical work before. You don't need to know everything, but you need to be curious, willing to learn and able to take your own initiative. If you have welding and basic electrical skills we see that as a merit for the position.
