As a site manager in ground works, you will work in a project-based role where you lead projects across all of Norrbotten. You are responsible for the project from planning to completion with a focus on economics, work environment, quality, and leadership – combining a holistic perspective with presence in production. Responsibilities Production planning and daily management with responsibility for creating structure and momentum. Responsibility for economics, forecasts, and follow-up in the project. Lead foremen and skilled workers and coordinate subcontractors. Ensure quality, work environment, and schedule throughout the project. You are confident in making decisions and taking responsibility, have good financial understanding, and enjoy working close to the operations where they happen. Requirements for the position: Experience as a site manager or foreman in ground works, civil engineering, or construction. Good financial understanding and experience with forecasting/follow-up. Good computer skills. Ability to communicate in English in speech and writing. Category B driver's license. Meritorious: Construction technology education or equivalent experience.
