ABOUT THE ROLE As Store Manager, you are responsible for the operations, staff, and results of your store. You work actively with your employees to create a fantastic workplace and a positive customer experience. You have the ability to collaborate and build relationships with both customers and employees. As Store Manager, you have a varied daily routine, but important parts of the role include: Leadership – Being able to lead and inspire employees and communicate professionally with customers and suppliers. Presence – Being part of the team and serving as a role model. Responsibility – Planning and managing challenges both short-term and long-term. Business Acumen – Having knowledge of sales reporting, follow-up, and budgeting. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone with previous leadership experience, where you feel confident leading others and developing the local store operations. If you also have experience from a management position in retail and/or experience in sales, operations, and profit responsibility, that's a plus. To be a candidate, you also need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English as well as a valid driver's license (category B). WHO ARE YOU? We also see that you have a sales drive where you're motivated by developing the store. It's also important that you thrive in a varied daily routine where a lot happens.
