As Store Manager, you are responsible for operations, staff, and results at your store. You work actively together with your team members to create a fantastic workplace and positive customer experience. You have strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with both customers and employees. As Store Manager, you have a varied daily routine, but important parts of the role include: Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire employees and communicate professionally with customers and suppliers. Presence: Be part of the team, work operationally in the store with your employees, and lead by example. Responsibility: Plan and manage challenges both short and long term, and develop both the store and employees. Business Acumen: Have knowledge of sales reporting, follow-up, and budgeting to ensure profitability. We're looking for you with previous leadership experience, where you feel confident leading others and developing the local store operations. If you also have experience from a leadership position in retail and/or experience in sales, operations, and profit responsibility, that's a plus. To be suitable, you also need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, as well as a valid driver's license (category B). Who are you? We're looking for someone who is social and relationship-building. You value close collaboration with both customers and employees. We also see that you have a sales drive and are motivated by developing the store. It's also important that you enjoy a varied daily routine where a lot happens. You like to organize and create routines based on what works best locally. About the position and process This is a permanent position with an initial probationary period of six months. Working hours include evenings and weekends. We value diversity and welcome all applicants!
