About the Role As a Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for project execution—from planning to final inspection. You lead and coordinate work supervisors and skilled workers, ensure projects follow schedules, budgets, and quality requirements, and maintain good relationships with customers and stakeholders. Your Responsibilities Plan, organize, and follow up projects from start to finish. Manage finances, budgets, forecasts, and invoicing. Lead and motivate the team, conduct employee discussions, and handle staffing. Ensure work environment, quality, and environmental compliance. Handle authority contacts and documentation for final inspection. We're Looking for Someone With Post-secondary education in a relevant field and standard courses in BAS-U, hot work, and work on roads. At least 2-3 years of experience as a Site Manager and experience working with framework agreements in the public sector. Knowledge of AMA, MER, and expertise in contract law and AB04/ABT06. Leadership experience and the ability to create engagement in the team. Category B driver's license. Good computer skills.
