As Site Manager, you are the driving force for operations on-site and play a crucial role in the region's success. You will lead a committed team where together you have the opportunity to influence, develop, and create results. This position is a one-year temporary assignment that may be extended. Start date is by agreement. What do you do? - Lead and distribute work at the branch - Manage and coach staff - Work with and drive sales at the branch across all business areas - Maintain customer relationships - Work towards a good work environment, both physical and psychosocial - Work with Bevego's guidelines and policies Who are you? As an applicant, you have previous experience with similar responsibilities and have held supervisory positions earlier in your career.
