About the role: To succeed in this role, you need knowledge of construction work, planning, production budgets, construction law, and very good experience with financial monitoring. To thrive in the role, you need to be a leader who can motivate and develop your team. We also value strong communication skills to build good relationships with both clients and employees. An important part of the role is communicating both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English, as our documentation is central to our projects. As Site Manager, you drive construction projects from start to finish. Projects begin with a kickoff meeting where the Site Manager creates a production plan with costs, resource plan, and schedule. The project concludes with handover to the client. During execution, the Site Manager is responsible for controlling costs, managing changes, and providing regular reports, as well as maintaining close dialogue with the client. A successful project has good profitability and a satisfied client. The Site Manager leads the project organization with clear and active leadership to drive the project within the established framework.
