We are now seeking a Site Manager Customer Reception / Claims Assessor for our facility in Götene. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering the best service to our customers and constantly developing our business. Through your engaging and professional approach, you will always make customers feel professionally attended to. Main responsibilities: · Ensure the service/repair process for our customers, regarding booking, drop-off, planning, pickup, and follow-up. · Plan jobs for each individual technician. · Customer responsibility and receive bookings and answer customer inquiries via phone, web, and email. · Stay updated on technical information from the general agent to deliver high-quality services. · Claims assessment in Cabas and invoicing Who are we? We are Meca affiliated and work with all car brands and caravan/motorhome manufacturers. Own authorization for Fiat, Mitsubishi, Kabe, Ligier and sub-authorization for several additional car brands. Our work team consists of caravan/car technicians, car technicians, damage assessment technicians, motorhome painters, car painters, and plastic repair specialists. It is important that we maintain a high standard on our completed work. We therefore need to strengthen our team with an experienced Site Manager Customer Reception / Claims Assessor.
