You will be placed at the Swedish Armed Forces' Telecommunications and Information Systems Unit, FMTIS, at the J3 staff, and will be part of the unit commander's support in leading and managing the unit. Work at the FMTIS J3 staff includes responsibility for planning and leading operations, activities in the short and medium term, as well as the unit's production. J3 also maintains the FMTIS on-call service with scheduling and staffing. Under the J3 chief, you will be responsible for planning the unit's activities for the current year. The planning includes, among other things, FMTIS tasks in Operations Plans as well as the Swedish Armed Forces' exercise activities. Main responsibilities: Lead planning tasks. Unit representative in planning at higher management levels. Serve on-call according to rotating schedule. Qualifications: Commissioned OF 1-2 / OR 6-7 Personal qualities: We are looking for someone who is responsible and skilled at structuring their work. You have a good ability to see the big picture, prioritize, and take initiative based on operational needs. You are relationship-oriented, clear in your communication, and have a strong ability to build trust and collaborate with others.
