You also need to be in good physical condition, as some work tasks can be physically demanding. You should enjoy working both physically and with screens and fully automated systems. It is also very important that we assess your personality as a good fit for the work team, that you are flexible, and can quickly adapt to new circumstances. Previous work or experience with automated manufacturing is considered a plus. You need to speak Swedish very well, as all information and safety regulations are in Swedish.
