Your Assignment As a personal assistant in Nacka Municipality, you will support and strengthen your customer's ability to live an independent and autonomous life based on their individual needs, interests, and circumstances. This includes everything from personal hygiene and care to activities and actively promoting a meaningful and stimulating existence. The work is varied and you primarily work at a customer's home. Your tasks also include some documentation. You will work according to a schedule and working hours vary depending on the customer, but may be scheduled during day, evening, weekends, and night shifts. Of course, you will receive an introduction before you start working. Your Experience To be considered for this role, you must have: - reached 18 years of age - good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - good physical fitness It is an advantage if you have: - previous experience in care and health services, personal assistance, or work with children and leisure activities - completed education or are studying in care and health services, or children and leisure with a focus on educational or social work - a driver's license (Category B) - documentation and computer skills Is This You?
