Personal Assistants for a 67-Year-Old Man in Norsborg We are now seeking several people who want to take on the role of personal assistant to a 67-year-old man living in Norsborg. Our client has a congenital cerebral palsy condition and needs help with all daily physical needs; however, it is of the utmost importance to our client that everything he can do himself, he should be allowed to do. Intellectual engagement is a key part of our client's life, and it's important that you are someone who can both engage in conversation and listen. It's an advantage if you have broad knowledge across many areas. The client's main interests are film, technology, and stamps. He also loves taking long walks and going on other adventures. It's a plus if you have experience working with people with cerebral palsy, but this is not a requirement. You should be someone who is secure in yourself and can provide stability and reassurance for the client, but above all, you should be someone who can bring warmth and joy to our client. It's important that you understand that the client's wellbeing is not static – there will be good days and difficult days. You should understand when to be present and when to step back. We are looking for someone who wants to do meaningful work long-term, is responsible, and attentive to another person's needs. To apply for this position, you must be at least 18 years old, be able to provide a criminal record check ("check of own information"), and provide two references. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. At the client's request, we are seeking only female employees. No prior experience is required – we're looking for the "right" person!
