What does the job as a personal assistant involve? As a personal assistant, you work with a person who has a functional variation. There you help with the things in everyday life that many take for granted, such as getting dressed, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help another person's daily life function. We have clients of different ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is located, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to enabling a person to live their life as they wish is what we believe is the world's most important job. We are looking for you who: Are responsible, attentive, and flexible Have a genuine interest in working with people Can work at short notice when needed (hourly substitute) Have the ability to work more continuously during the summer We would like it if you: can understand and communicate in Swedish. can work flexible hours – day, evening, and weekends. Some of our positions also require the ability to work nights. have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement). Other Information Employment Form: On-demand employment with the possibility of continued work after the summer Scope: Hourly employment / As needed (extra when regular staff are absent).
