The client is a cheerful, active, and social young man who is now seeking a reliable and committed personal assistant. About the role: As a personal assistant, you will: • Support the client in daily life, both at home and at day activities • Accompany them on walks, coffee visits, and other everyday activities • Help create structure and security in their life • Work according to clear job descriptions and implementation plans We're looking for someone who: • Is independent, confident, and has good judgment • Has initiative and can take responsibility in different situations • Enjoys working closely with another person in their home • Has a genuine interest in people • Is not allergic—the client really loves animals • Has a valid B driver's license for manual transmission (a requirement, as driving is part of the job) • Can work 24-hour shifts with sleeping on-call duty Values quick and direct communication and feedback Meritorious (but not required): • Experience working with autism • Knowledge of AAC (alternative and augmentative communication) Working hours: • 24-hour shifts with sleeping on-call 3.5 hours according to schedule We are also seeking substitute assistants who can fill in when the regular assistant is ill or on leave.
