We're now looking for a Personal Trainer (PT) for our gym in Torsås who wants to inspire, guide, and create training joy for our members. Your Mission As a Personal Trainer, you're a key person in our members' training journey. You help them set goals, provide professional guidance, and support them all the way to success. You're as much a coach as a motivator, and your sales instinct comes naturally – you know your services make a difference and want to reach more people. In your role, you actively drive the sale of PT services and work to build your own client base. You collaborate closely with the gym team and help create an inclusive, inspiring, and professional environment where members feel safe, seen, and motivated. Your main responsibilities include: Conduct individual training sessions of high quality with personalized programming for each member. Actively sell and market PT services and packages, both directly and in collaboration with gym staff. Follow up on client results and adjust training based on their progress and needs. Participate in events, trial classes, and other activities that increase visibility for your services. Be a good ambassador for STC's values and contribute to a positive gym culture. Working hours vary and require flexibility, including evenings and weekends. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who is passionate about fitness, loves motivating others, and wants to work with people. You're confident in your role as a trainer, have a coaching mindset, and are used to working with goal-setting – both for your clients and yourself. You're professional, service-oriented, and see every interaction with a member as an opportunity to create value. You're also experienced in sales and driven by both helping and building your own PT business.
