You are responsible for the entire process: from scheduling appointments to having the car ready for pickup, as well as providing feedback to the customer. In this role, you will have different workspaces as we work flexibly in our team. Through your engaged and professional approach, you always make the customer feel professionally treated. What we're looking for We believe you have a technical interest and enjoy working with customers. You like working in a team that supports and motivates each other. We would like to see that you have vehicle technical training or experience with similar work tasks, as well as good knowledge of the glass business. Desirable experience: Previous experience working with brands such as Volvo, Nissan, and/or Renault Previous experience working with Tacdis and Kobra For this position, we also see that you are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A B driver's license is required. Other information The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial 6-month probationary period.
