Do you want a meaningful job where you really make a difference? We are now seeking a substitute personal assistant for a wonderful young man approaching 20 years old who lives in Kalmar. Due to increased care needs, there is now an opportunity to become an important part of his daily life. The position(s) involve work during the day, evening, and possibly overnight shifts, and we particularly welcome applications from female candidates based on the client's preferences. You will work in a dedicated team of eight assistants total, where together you create safety, structure, and quality of life for our client. The work is carried out with double staffing around the clock, which provides excellent conditions for collaboration and support in your work. We consider it a merit if you have experience with medication management, tube feeding, and lifting aids – but it is not a requirement. The most important thing is your attitude and willingness to learn. We therefore offer individually tailored introduction and training based on the client's needs.
