We are now hiring hourly substitutes as a personal assistant for a 16-year-old boy with SMA, a muscular disorder. He lives with his family just outside Stenungsund and needs your support during absences of regular assistants - both day and night shifts are available. For the right person, there may also be an opportunity for a permanent position down the road. About the Role As an hourly substitute personal assistant, you are an important part of the boy's daily life. You are there when he needs you - at home, with friends, on outings, trips, or during hospital visits. You help him with physical needs such as hygiene, mobility assistance, exercise, and other everyday tasks. You need to be flexible, attentive, and have a calm and supportive presence. Work Hours: Day shifts: 07:00-19:00 Night shifts: 19:00-07:00 You work as needed, for example during illness, vacation, or other absences in the regular team. You have a B driving license and access to your own car. You are a non-smoker. You can provide a valid criminal record clearance for work with children with disabilities.
