We are currently seeking a responsible part-time substitute to support an elderly man living in Trelleborg. In this role, you will assist the customer with his daily activities based on his specific needs. Since the customer has diabetes, care work is governed by clear procedures that must be followed carefully, which means you need to be both structured and meticulous in your work. It is also important to note that the customer has had a cat and will likely get another one soon, so it is essential that you are not allergic. For this position, experience in care and health services is a requirement, as you will need to quickly familiarize yourself with the medical procedures. Beyond your experience, we place great emphasis on your personality and attitude. Personal chemistry is absolutely crucial for us, as our goal is for the collaboration to feel genuinely good and secure for both the customer and you as an assistant. Working hours are flexible, and flexibility is a must to succeed in this role. Shifts are scheduled during daytime, evenings, overnight care, and weekends. During parts of the day, there is also some double coverage, meaning you will sometimes work alongside a colleague in the home.
