About the Position Personal assistance is a service under LSS (Act on Support and Services for Persons with Certain Disabilities). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that arises in daily life and with basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to making everyday life run smoothly. Each assistance arrangement is uniquely tailored to the client's life, and therefore work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the client. For this position, you must: • Want to work for a young woman in her 20s who lives in a house with her family in Asarum • Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Be able to tolerate pets • Have a B driver's license (manual) and access to a car For this position, it is advantageous if you: • Have experience of similar work • Have experience with epilepsy Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours, Position Percentage, and Salary The current employment form is "for as long as the assignment lasts" at 41.5% position. Working hours are scheduled for approximately 9–20 on weekdays but may change somewhat if needed and by agreement. Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. Immediately or by agreement.
