Now our wonderful client in Horred is looking for more assistants for their team! Our little star enjoys getting out and doing various activities such as visiting the swimming pool, going for walks with the Crocodile (walker), visiting playgrounds, and more. The client goes to school and finishes at 14:40 on weekdays. It is important that you, working with him, have drive and commitment, as it is important for him to receive both social and physical stimulation in his daily life. For us, it is important that you click with the client you will be working with and that you are responsive to the client's needs and wishes. You should be empathetic and respect the client's integrity. You have a good sense of humor and are prepared to make your own decisions and take initiative to relieve family members. You are responsible and collaborate easily. You are good at motivating others and enjoy an active lifestyle. Your work tasks: Tasks typical for the profession. It can be anything from individually adapted care to household chores. The assistance is based out of the client's home but also involves accompanying them on activities outside the home. You work in a supportive and motivating manner. For this assignment, having a driver's license is a merit but not necessarily a requirement. Hourly temp staff with the possibility of a small part-time position are sought primarily. Work hours: Morning shift Weekdays: 06:30-08:30 Evening shift Weekdays: 14:30 - 20:00, Fridays until approximately 18:30. During holiday weeks the client has more assistance hours and there is also a possibility to work weekends.
