About the Job We are now hiring a personal assistant for a kind and pleasant 12-year-old boy. He has autism and ADHD, and as his assistant, you will need to be in his vicinity throughout your entire work shift. The workplace is wherever he is located. We're looking for someone who is playful, cheerful, self-directed, responsible, and possesses patience and calmness. You enjoy working with children and young people, have ideas and a sense of humor, and are happy to participate in activities. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you have good physical abilities. Some administrative tasks may be included, such as scheduling, time tracking, ordering supplies, etc. Your workplace will be in the boy's home and near the rest of his family. You are someone who respects the boy and family's personal integrity and privacy, which is extremely important to us. The home also has pets. We are seeking staff for a position at approximately 50-75% Working hours are daytime during all weekdays. We hire on a rolling basis, so don't delay with your application! We have collective agreements: Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants. Vacation, on-call compensation, and other salary supplements apply according to the agreement.
