I am 35 years old and live north of Stockholm. I am a social worker and work as a counselor in healthcare. A major interest of mine is gardening, and I spend a lot of time at my allotment garden. You will assist me both at work, during leisure activities, and at home. Due to a muscular disease, I use personal assistance around the clock, and I am now looking for an assistant who can work 24-hour shifts from 07–07, a total of six days per month including night on-call duty. The available schedule shifts are as follows: Tuesday, Sunday Friday Tuesday Monday, Saturday I am looking for a person who is attentive, confident, and comfortable being a background presence. We are a small work team, and it is important that you have high work ethics and are flexible when needed. Many of my assistants combine work with me alongside artistic activities or self-employment. I prefer that you are a woman and approximately my age. For transfers, I use a manual transfer technique that you will learn during your introduction. However, it is important that you are in reasonably good physical condition from the start. The position is 72% of full-time. The employer for my assistants is Aberia, and the collective agreement is with Vårdföretagarna. The employment form is "fixed-term as long as the assignment lasts."
