About the Assignment: The client is a man in his 30s with autism and intellectual disability. In the role of personal assistant, you will support him in his daily life. This includes accompanying him throughout the day, anticipating and preventing difficulties, and helping him with basic everyday tasks that he cannot do himself. Experience with low-arousal approaches is a merit. We are Looking for Someone Who: Is between 25–50 years old. Has experience working with people with similar disabilities or in other LSS activities. Finds it easy to follow instructions and is humble. Can create security by maintaining important routines with foresight. Has a driver's license and access to a car to get to the workplace. Work Hours and Employment Levels: Working hours are between 08:00–20:00 and between 20:00–08:00, with some on-call time. There is double staffing around the clock, with varying times for both day/evening and standby/awake night shifts according to a rotating schedule. We are now seeking two assistants who can work approximately 80%.
