About the Role Qualities We're Looking for in YOU: We're seeking a thoughtful person who doesn't need to be the center of attention. You show understanding and respect for the customer. You're flexible in your thinking and work approach. A person who can contribute to a pleasant work environment for both colleagues and customers. The customer has extensive care needs that require the right experience. You'll be part of the customer's daily life and be available when he needs help, but can work in the background if needed. As an assistant, you ensure the customer feels well and receives the support he needs, whether the need is great or small in any given moment. Shifts are distributed 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 8:00 AM (sleeping on-call shift) - scheduled every other weekend. Since the customer has a dog, you should not be allergic to animals. The customer uses his own car to get around, so a manual driver's license is also required. We're looking for someone who is cheerful and positive. You should be at least 30 years old and have experience in the profession. You understand what personal assistance is (and is not). You live near Kristianstad municipality. You have a manual driver's license. You have access to a car to get to and from work.
