Personal Assistant for a Man in His 30s – Färjestaden We are seeking a personal assistant for a man in his 30s with acquired brain injury living in Färjestaden with his family. The assignment involves providing individualized support in the customer's daily life with the goal of creating security, participation, and good quality of life. Work as a personal assistant is varied and includes personal care, support with daily routines, training, and assistance with activities and transfers. The work is performed in the customer's home, at the workplace, and in other environments where the customer spends time. The position involves work during day, evening, and night shifts. Work shifts are arranged as 24-hour shifts with on-call duty during the night. We view flexibility and the ability to work as needed with short notice positively. You will be part of an established assistant team where cooperation, continuity, and professionalism are central aspects of the assignment. The role requires responsibility, responsiveness, and the ability to work based on the customer's individual needs and routines. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: • Has a professional and respectful manner • Is confident, stable, and responsible in your professional role • Has good collaboration skills and can work independently • Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Has the ability to document and follow established routines Experience with personal assistance, care, or work with neurological disabilities is meritorious, but personal suitability will be given great importance. As part of employment, a criminal record extract is required according to the organization's procedures.
