We are now seeking a personal assistant for one of our clients who is a middle-aged woman living in Sollefteå. On-call overnight shifts may occur. The work is conducted in the client's home and consists of helping her with most daily activities, such as personal hygiene, laundry, and cleaning. The work also includes performing beneficial activities for her, such as tactile stimulation and contracture prophylaxis. Since you will be bathing with the client in a warm water pool, it is a requirement for employment that you are not allergic to chlorine. We prefer that you are in good physical condition as the job includes lifting tasks. We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant, and experience in personal assistance or care work is considered a merit. We also value someone who finds it stimulating to work with people, is proactive, flexible, and focused on meeting the client's needs. It is also important that you are easy to collaborate with and actively participate in the work team. A requirement for employment is that you are a non-smoker.
