We are looking for a calm, reliable, and responsible person who wants to work as a personal assistant for a 20-year-old man. You are self-motivated, patient, and dependable, with the ability to both take your own initiative and create meaningful activities. At the same time, it's important that you can relax and feel comfortable in a calm environment where the pace isn't always fast. Your presence and engagement make a big difference, even during quiet moments. The work involves providing support with all daily needs such as personal hygiene, meals, and medication. The man uses a wheelchair and has difficult-to-treat epilepsy, which requires you to be attentive, responsible, and able to act confidently in various situations. An important part of the assignment is to contribute to quality of life through: Walks and time outdoors Meeting and spending time with other people Films, books, and conversation Participation in simple household tasks We are looking for you who: Are calm, stable, and empathetic Can take initiative and create activities Have patience and genuine commitment Are flexible and can adapt to how the day goes Have a positive attitude and preferably a twinkle in your eye It's important that you understand the value of both activity and rest, and can contribute to a peaceful yet at the same time stimulating daily life. Working hours include days, evenings, awake nights, and weekend shifts. We warmly welcome your application!
