Personal Assistant Summer/Sick Leave Substitute

Description:

Summer substitute position for night shifts. The position is with a man in his 60s who has MS and uses a wheelchair. Your responsibilities include being awake in case the client needs help getting Alvedon and a warm wheat pillow. You don't need prior experience to work with him as he provides on-site supervision and has a good team of assistants available. Schedule/Shifts are always between 20.45-07.15 on weekdays and weekends. This applies to 3/7, week 28, 2 positions needed for week 29. Then 20-25/7 and week 32. ABOUT YOU: We believe you are someone who is passionate about working with people and can see the needs of others. You are responsible, humble, and flexible as a person. You also need to be goal-oriented and structured in your work with the ability to work independently and build good relationships with the client and staff. You also have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, respect, and take initiative. You are unpretentious, recognize and appreciate others' contributions. As a person, you should also have the ability to create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally. It's a bonus if you are an immigrant and speak good Swedish, have a car, and have a driver's license.
