We Are Looking for Someone Who - Is empathetic, patient, and attentive. - Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. - Is physically capable and can handle lifting and other physically demanding tasks. - Can work independently and make decisions on their own. - Has a driver's license (advantageous but not required). Merits - Previous experience as a personal assistant or in care and health services. - Ability to handle stressful situations with calm and efficiency. - Experience working with people with various functional variations.
