The position is part-time at 30-75% daytime/evening hours The workplace is located in the northern part of Örebro County. As a personal assistant, you work closely with a child who has extensive needs for support, structure, and communication. The work involves being a safe and stable support throughout the day's various activities, both at home and in other environments. It is a prerequisite that you speak and understand Swedish fluently. We are looking for you who: Have experience working with children or people with disabilities. Have knowledge of or experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). Are calm, secure, and have a low-affective approach. Are patient and can provide support at the pace the situation requires. Have the ability to create structure, predictability, and security in everyday life. Are attentive, responsible, and can work preventatively. Have good collaboration skills and can follow shared working methods and routines. Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
