I'm a spiritual, life-loving, and energetic (a bit scattered sometimes...) woman who is now looking for more assistants to join my newly built team that we're working on. I have a muscle disease that affects my muscles and nothing else. I naturally have many interests. I'm spiritual, so I do tarot readings, read astrology, and read people as well as animals & places, etc., and of course natural medicine too. I'm also interested in hair, makeup and beauty, as well as photography. Yes, you hear it - I'm into everything. I'm life-loving, energetic, and very positive - in the right environment that suits me, which is what I'm striving for in my team now. I also have a lot of humor but also serious conversations. I have a cat that is social and active (a bit lazy sometimes, like her mom, me), so you need to be able to handle everything that comes with a cat (engagement, play, cuddles, playing hairdresser). I'm looking for you to be empathetic and perceptive, and you should be able to read when to step forward or back in different situations, with respect for my integrity (if you can't read the situation, you can always ask). The job in general is that you are my arms, legs, and voice. You should simply be able to interpret what I say to others in different meetings such as doctor's visits, hospital stays, authorities, friends, etc. without your own judgment. Flexible with being able to jump in during sick leave and as needed, and adapt to the different situations of the work (some days we just sit watching YouTube or series and talk, while some days are super active, while some days are mixed). No one works full-time with me on a fixed schedule for this exact reason - to be able to jump in during absences and still adapt to different tempos. I highly value respect, being a team, energy but still calm, empathy, humor (we're not always so proper with our humor here & very open), and being genuine - positive basically. No, we're not THAT professional here, we're ourselves - of course professionalism is required sometimes, but... since we basically live on top of each other, everyone is themselves. What I absolutely want to see most is that we're ALL a team, through thick and thin. Everything from stepping up during gaps to handling different situations. Therefore, you need to have the physical strength or willpower to potentially work on your physical health and strong mental ability (potentially needing to stay at work and handle tasks requires a certain amount of mental strength). We're hiring on fixed and rotating 4-week schedules: Day & evening - 107h/4w (3 positions) Awake/active nights - 73h/4w (with access to increase during frequent absences. 1 position. Every Monday & Tuesday) Double staffing (4pm-9pm) with 2 nights every other week (one week Friday and other week Sunday) - 68h/4w (You'll be the first we ask during absences. 2 positions) The more you jump in during absences, the more your income increases, since we have hourly wages. Requirements for you as an applicant: Woman 25-40 years old Swedish in speech & writing, since you interpret the client Have work ethic and compassion Be able to be professional in certain situations and set your own judgment aside in certain situations Perceptive & open-minded Work comes first and the phone comes second, at work Be able to jump in as needed, here and there Flexible Not cat-afraid or cat-allergic Understand and follow confidentiality and other procedures If you have pets, I'd like you to be able to easily arrange pet care if you're needed at work Interest and knowledge in makeup and hair is also of great interest.
