As a customer with NyKraft, you receive individual assistance tailored to your specific needs in collaboration with you. The customer is involved in recruiting and making the final selection of assistants. We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective agreement. About the Position: We are seeking staff for a new case with us, starting July 1, 2026. We are primarily looking for female applicants for 24-hour shifts but are also open to male applicants for shorter daytime shifts. With this customer, it is important that you as a person are calm and can work with low emotional intensity, as outbursts may occur. As an assistant, you are there to support the woman with, for example, personal care, meals, and various activities. Start: July 1, 2026 The woman needs help with structure in her daily life but is physically able to perform all tasks herself. You are present as a social safety net and provide support in social contacts and situations. As an assistant, you help the customer with all daily chores, assist with hygiene and personal care. You need to be calm, flexible, positive, and adaptable to another person's needs. Recruiting is ongoing - You are calm and clear in your approach and communication - Excellent knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as you will need to receive and give instructions regarding the customer's personal care Meritorious: - Experience working as a personal assistant/caregiver in psychiatry - B-class driver's license Language Requirements: Swedish (Fluent)
