You will be part of a safe and committed team supporting a client with extensive support needs. The work takes place in a fixed team where you work according to clear routines and a shared approach. The work is characterized by close collaboration, continuity, and a structured working method where the client's needs are in focus. The position is part of a newly established care team, which means that working methods and routines will gradually be developed together with management. You will become part of a team whose goal is to create a safe and stable everyday life for the client through shared understanding, clarity, and a unified working approach. Work Tasks We work in teams based on the client's implementation plan and support the client in their daily life according to individual needs. The work involves creating structure and predictability as well as adapting activities and interactions based on the client's mood and needs. You will work with clear pedagogical methods and alternative communication approaches, and have an important role in preventing and managing situations where the client may become stressed. The work requires professional interactions and a good ability to adapt to different situations. In this work, it is important to be able to work according to shared routines and approaches, where structure and consistency are crucial for the client's sense of safety. You will be part of a team where high demands are placed on collaboration, responsibility, and stability in the work. You are an attentive, calm, and warm person with empathy and care, as well as an understanding of the client's life situation. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is responsible, stable, and has a genuine interest in working with people in need of support. Relevant upper secondary education, such as healthcare and social care programs, or other education that the employer deems equivalent is meriting. Experience in personal assistance work or working with people with disabilities is meriting. Experience working with autism or other neuropsychiatric disabilities, as well as experience with disruptive behavior, is considered particularly meriting. Knowledge of alternative and augmentative communication, such as TAKK, as well as knowledge of clear pedagogical methods and low-arousal interaction approaches is meriting. You have professional interactions, are attentive, and carry out your assignment with the client in focus. You must have command of the Swedish language in speech and writing and have good computer skills. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. A valid B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement. To thrive in the role, you are calm, confident, and have good self-awareness. You have the ability to maintain a stable approach even in pressured situations and work in a structured manner according to given routines. You have good collaboration skills and are patient and persistent in your work. Terms The positions are 75% each and involve day, evening, and weekend services as well as overnight services with on-call shifts. Employment is in accordance with the current collective agreement.
