Description:

A 43-year-old man who recently turned 43. Lives in his own house in the countryside with round-the-clock assistance including overnight on-call coverage. Enjoys taking short walks, doing puzzles, and listening to music, among other things. Can manage much on his own but needs a safe and predictable daily routine. Now looking to expand with an additional assistant. The position is 20%. Before starting, you will be offered 2 weeks of paid introductory training. The role also includes the opportunity to cover for absences due to illness and during vacation. It would be a great plus if you see this position as long-term. We are looking for someone who is thoughtful, can cook, is calm, is attentive and notices details, can take and follow instructions, empathetic, flexible, reliable, and has a positive attitude toward life. Good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written, as some communication is in writing. Previous experience with personal assistance is a merit. Personal chemistry is of course important. We offer: Continuous supervision and training to strengthen your competence and confidence in the work. A driver's license is a requirement as the workplace is in the countryside without public transportation.
