You will be part of a safe and engaged team supporting a client with extensive support needs. The work takes place in a fixed team where you work according to clear routines and a shared approach. The work is characterized by close collaboration, continuity, and a structured way of working where the client's needs are in focus. You will become part of a team whose goal is to create a safe and stable daily life for the client through shared understanding, clarity, and a unified approach. Duties We work in teams based on the client's implementation plan and support the client in their daily life according to individual needs. The work involves creating structure and predictability as well as adapting activities and interactions to the client's daily condition and needs. You will work with clarifying pedagogy and alternative communication methods and have an important role in preventing and managing situations where the client may become stressed. The work requires professional interaction and a good ability to adapt to different situations. In this work, it is important to be able to work according to shared routines and approaches where structure and consistency are crucial for the client's safety. You will be part of a team where high demands are placed on cooperation, responsibility-taking, and stability in work. You are a responsive, calm, and warm person with empathy and care, as well as an understanding of the client's life situation. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is responsible, stable, and has a genuine interest in working with people in need of support. Relevant upper secondary education, for example in care and nursing, or other education that the employer deems equivalent is desirable. Experience with personal assistance or working with people with disabilities is desirable. Experience working with autism or other neuropsychiatric disabilities is particularly desirable. Knowledge of alternative and augmentative communication, such as TAKK, as well as knowledge of clarifying pedagogy and low-arousal interaction approaches is desirable. You have professional interaction, are responsive, and carry out your assignment with the client in focus. You must master the Swedish language in speech and writing and have good computer skills. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. A valid B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement. To thrive in the role, you are calm, confident, and have good self-awareness. You have the ability to maintain a stable approach even in pressured situations and work structurally according to given routines. You have good collaboration skills and are patient and persistent in your work. You enjoy a role where clarity, structure, and a shared way of working are prerequisites for success in the assignment. Terms The position is full-time (100%) and involves day, evening, and weekend shifts as well as night shifts with sleeping on-call duty. Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
