We'd love to have you apply to our great team! About the Job We are looking for a team member for our casting department as well as our finishing department. You will be welcomed into a wonderful group where you have the opportunity to create added value for the entire operation. In this role, you will alternate between all steps of the casting process and finishing our products. We are in an exciting development phase and are looking for someone who wants to help develop both the team, our routines, and our workflows. As part of our casting and finishing department, you will work closely with other production personnel to develop and optimize all of the company's different processes. The position includes many tasks and we will train you as you go. Our goal is always for several people to possess important foundational knowledge so we can always help each other. Work is scheduled weekdays, full-time between 07:00-16:00. You will work from our production facility in Bergkvara. About You As a candidate, you should have a strong interest in craftsmanship and small machinery, and you should recognize yourself in the qualities of being energetic, engaged, willing to take responsibility, and enjoying development. You appreciate being part of a team and enjoy collaboration to achieve common goals. As a person, we would like to see that you are responsible, flexible, and can handle changing situations with calm. You communicate clearly and are open to feedback. Furthermore, you dare to come up with ideas and like to find solutions. It is important that you are thorough and well-organized, with an eye for both important details and the bigger picture of your work. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
