Night Support Coordinator at LSS Group Home

Leva LSS omsorgen Grusbanan is seeking a dedicated support assistant for night shift (permanent position) at our excellent home in Heby. Six individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism (LSS category 1) §9.9 live here. With us, you'll become part of a well-functioning operation with a clear set of values. We work with autonomy-supporting pedagogy, low-affective communication, and the PERMA model as our foundation – and offer internal training in these methods. Our vision is to create a home where each individual experiences participation, influence, and self-determination, while a health-promoting lifestyle and physical activity are a natural part of everyday life. As part of our innovation initiative, we have implemented digital tools such as Boet and AI-based scheduling to support both residents and staff in daily life. We're looking for someone who is engaged and passionate about care work. Previous experience in similar work is desirable, but we place great emphasis on personality in our recruitment.
