On the outskirts of Lidköping is Sjölunda School, a brand new school that offers space for 350 students in grades F-6. About the job As a pedagogical resource, you are an important part of the school's work to create a safe, inclusive, and accessible learning environment for all students in teaching, during breaks, and at the after-school program. You work closely with students both individually and in groups and help provide them with the conditions they need to develop and reach their goals. In this role, you collaborate with teachers, special educators, student support teams, and other staff to create structure, accommodations, and a positive learning climate. The work is varied and requires both flexibility and the ability to meet students' different needs with dedication, clarity, and a solution-focused approach. With us, you become part of an operation where collaboration, participation, and shared responsibility for student development are at the center. We work based on positive behavioral support as an approach, where collaborative learning in resource groups is part of the work. Job responsibilities You work at the individual and group level supporting students' learning processes and social interactions. You collaborate with teachers and work teams. The work requires great flexibility and a high degree of cooperation with other staff. Who are you? You have an education as a recreation leader, childcare worker, healthcare assistant with a focus on disability support, or equivalent qualification. We would appreciate it if you have experience working with children or adults with disabilities, especially within schools or after-school programs. You have good ability to build relationships with students and colleagues. The work requires great flexibility, physical mobility, and personal drive to find accommodations and methods that enable participation and learning. You will work in close collaboration with the school's student support team (EHT), special educators, and teaching staff, which requires good collaboration skills and communication ability. You are well familiar with the school's knowledge perspective and values-based mission. You have the ability to create inclusive learning environments and motivate students through varied and interactive work methods. You have good digital competence and can use digital tools to support learning and communication. We are looking for someone who is creative, solution-focused, and has strong commitment to student development. You take responsibility for your work and dare to think new things together with others. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Other information Fixed-term employment 100% during the 2026/2027 school year. We apply individual and differentiated salary setting. For this position, the monthly salary is between 26,500 and 30,000 kr, depending on experience, education, and competence.
