As a production technician, you are an important link between sales, engineering, and production. You step in early in customer dialogues and ensure that we offer the right solutions based on both customer requirements and our production capabilities. You will be placed in the Engineering Department and work closely with the designers; this position covers products and the factory in the city. OSTP Group is one of the world's leading manufacturers of welded stainless steel tubes and pipe fittings with manufacturing in Sweden and Finland. OSTP Group has approximately 500 employees. In Örnsköldsvik, approximately 150 people work across two factories. Örnsköldsvik plays a key role within the group with the market's broadest product range of stainless steel pipe fittings. Production Technician - Create Smart and Sustainable Production Solutions You will: - Support sales with technical documentation, calculations, and solution proposals - Project manage the implementation of new products and materials - from quote to stable production - Develop drawings, work instructions, and ensure correct production data - Develop methods and processes through analysis, testing, and time studies - Collaborate closely with production, planning, quality, and engineering We are looking for you who: - Have technical higher education or equivalent experience - Have several years of experience from manufacturing operations, preferably also from the welding industry - Have an understanding of manufacturing processes and preferably work in CAD - Are analytical, structured, and good at translating engineering into practical solutions - Are communicative, service-oriented, and enjoy collaborating between sales and production Welcome to Us You will become part of a pleasant workplace that is in strong development.
