About the Role As an Operations Supervisor, you hold a key position in our operations and are responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and quality operations. You lead the daily warehouse work and create the conditions for both employees and the business to achieve their goals. Your main areas of responsibility: • Plan, lead, and follow up on daily warehouse operations • Ensure high quality, efficiency, and compliance with safety procedures • Coach, develop, and motivate the team • Analyze results and identify areas for improvement • Collaborate with other departments to optimize flows and processes • Implement and monitor procedures for sustainable and profitable operations Your Profile We are looking for someone who has: • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing • Good English skills • Experience with warehouse and logistics systems as well as MS Office • Previous leadership experience in warehouse or logistics • Strong communication and analytical abilities • A natural focus on safety and quality Desirable qualifications: • Leadership training • Work environment training • Class B driver's license • Experience with Ongoing WMS Who Are You?
