Operational Buyer for Husqvarna Introprogram

About the Role As an Operational Buyer, you will work operationally with procurement and order management for Husqvarna's global IT and digitalization function. The role is broad and combines administrative tasks with analysis, communication, and development of procurement processes. You will have daily dialogue with suppliers, internal requesters, and other functions within the organization. Your Responsibilities Place and process purchase orders Follow up on deliveries, timelines, and deviations Administrative procurement work Send and follow up on consultant and supplier inquiries Work on reducing lead times and improving processes Build simple analyses and reports, primarily in Excel Prepare and hold presentations to internal stakeholders Contribute to category analysis and improvement efforts in procurement You will become part of an engaged procurement team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are central. The team works closely together locally as well as internationally. The role involves many contact points and requires both analytical ability and strong communication skills.
