The Operations Manager Role As Operations Manager, you will lead our ground works and asphalt paving operations in Östergötland County with daily contact with municipalities and private actors, actively acquiring and driving projects forward. You plan and coordinate resources, both internal and external, hold technical and financial responsibility for production execution, and have occupational health and safety responsibility. You work closely with skilled workers and other Operations Managers, driving the business forward together as a team. The work also involves close collaboration with the Area Manager, Operations Specialist, and Area Assistant in your work area. Your Profile We are looking for someone with several years of experience working as a site manager/supervisor or equivalent, and we place great emphasis on experience in ground works and paving operations. To thrive in the role, you need to be confident as a leader who contributes to your employees' development and helps the team succeed together. For this role, you need to be organized with a strong sense of logistics and a keen interest in achieving efficiency in all projects. You are a problem solver and curious about developing and learning new things, with the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks and enjoy the unpredictability of each day. Beyond driving production, you are skilled at building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining long-term partnerships. You must be fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. Additional Information The position is based at our office in Mjölby and since travel is included, a B-class driver's license is required. This is a permanent position with a probationary period.
