We are now looking for an onsite technician with AV technology experience for an assignment where you will have a varied role at the intersection of IT support, conference technology, and video production. Your Responsibilities In the role as onsite technician, you will work broadly within both IT support and AV/meeting technology. You are responsible for ensuring a stable and professional user experience in the company's technical environments. Your responsibilities include, among other things: Handle incoming requests such as incidents, orders, questions, and problems in the ticketing system Support internal and external broadcasts and manage digital and physical meetings Work with video production, streaming, and broadcast technology including audio and video mixing Troubleshoot and manage hardware and software related to conference room technology and workplace technology Ensure correct prioritization, classification, and handling of requests Resolve incidents according to established SLA and OLA levels Document solutions and procedures in the knowledge base Provide training, information dissemination, and knowledge transfer to users and colleagues Support the organization for larger meetings, conferences, and external events Your Profile To succeed in this role, we believe you are a service-oriented and solution-focused person with a genuine interest in technology. Requirements We see that you have: At least 2 years of experience as an IT technician in the past 5 years At least 2 years of experience with AV technology At least 2 years of experience with broadcast technology, such as audio and video mixing At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Teams Room Experience with troubleshooting and installation of client hardware Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Merits It is especially meritorious if you have: Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Education in film production, media technology, or similar field What We Offer At Eccera, you get the tools you need to reach your goals.
