About the position As an area manager at Samhall, you are responsible for employees, customer relationships, and operations and daily management, which means varied, exciting, and operational work. You have a clear responsibility to develop your employees and match the right employee to the right assignment. You also work with coaching your employees toward new jobs outside Samhall, which is one of your most important goals. Coaching includes motivating, making business contacts for recruitment partnerships, and creating conditions for development through work and training. In customer responsibility, you are expected to develop cooperation with both existing and new customers. Depending on the nature and scope of the assignments, as an area manager you are responsible for either one or several assignments. You work in a team with others to contribute to the district's goal achievement and profitability. As responsible for operations, you ensure that the right person is in the right place and actively work to ensure a good work environment and satisfied customer. We are looking for someone who has: Leadership experience with personnel responsibility Experience in sales and customer relations Experience working operationally with personnel and customers Meritorious: at least 2 years of experience in facility cleaning, SRY/Insta800 level 3, and/or laundry services At least upper secondary education Driver's license category B Application and practical information Do you want to be one of us?
