About the Position You will work in home care in Stockholm. Our customers are located in the nearby area, and we get around on foot, by bicycle, or by car. Responsibilities As a nursing assistant with us, you play an important role in our customers' daily lives. You provide care, support, and service with a focus on strengthening the customer's independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities include: Supporting customers in their daily life and personal care Promoting social contact and wellbeing Participating in care planning as a contact person Documenting and following up on services in a safe and correct manner according to support decisions Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Nursing assistant certification Class B driver's license Experience working in home care Good knowledge of documentation and working in the municipality's digital systems as well as implementation plans Other Information Recruitment is ongoing – don't delay with your application!
